Return & Replacement Policy

At Zenex International, we are committed to delivering quality pharmaceutical and healthcare products to our business customers in the best possible condition. If your business receives a product that is damaged, defective, expired, or different from what was ordered, we will be happy to assist in accordance with this Return & Replacement Policy.

This policy applies to all registered business customers, including pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, medical retailers, distributors, and other corporate buyers purchasing through Zenex International. Please read this policy carefully before requesting a return or replacement.

1. Return Eligibility

A return or replacement may be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • The product was damaged during transit.
  • An incorrect product was delivered.
  • The product was expired at the time of delivery.
  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
  • The return is approved by the respective manufacturer or supplier, where applicable.

All return requests are subject to verification and approval by Zenex International.

2. Return Request Process

To request a return or replacement, please contact our Business Customer Support team and provide the following details:

  • Original Invoice or Purchase Order Reference
  • Business/GST Account Details
  • Product Batch Number (where applicable)
  • Product Images or supporting evidence (if requested)
  • Reason for the return

All returned products will be inspected by our Quality Team. Approval of any return, replacement, refund, or Credit Note is subject to product verification and, where applicable, the return policy of the respective manufacturer or supplier.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or replacement, the product must:

  • Be purchased from Zenex International by a registered business account.
  • Be accompanied by the original invoice or valid purchase order reference.
  • Be returned in its original packaging with labels, seals, and batch details intact.
  • Be unused, unopened, and in its original condition, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or damage during transit.
  • Not show any signs of tampering, misuse, negligence, or intentional damage.
  • Returns will also be accepted in case of an official product recall by the Drug Control Department or the Government.

Zenex International reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet these conditions.

4. Non-Returnable Products

For safety, quality, and regulatory reasons, the following products are generally not eligible for return or replacement unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part:

  • Vaccines
  • Cold Chain Products
  • Temperature-Sensitive Products
  • Special Order or Non-Stock Items
  • Products specifically marked as “Non-Returnable” (please confirm the return eligibility of products with our billing team before placing your order)

Business customers are advised to confirm their requirements carefully before purchasing these products.

5. Manufacturer Approval

Certain products are governed by the return policies of their respective manufacturers or suppliers.

Where manufacturer approval is required, Zenex International will process the return request accordingly. If the manufacturer does not approve the return, we may be unable to provide a replacement, refund, or Credit Note.

6. Returns That Will Not Be Accepted

To maintain product safety and quality standards, returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been intentionally damaged.
  • The product shows signs of use, misuse, tampering, or negligence.
  • The original packaging, labels, seals, or batch details have been removed, altered, or damaged.
  • The product has been stored or handled improperly after delivery.
  • The damage has occurred due to the business customer’s handling or improper storage.
  • The return request is made without a valid invoice or proof of purchase.

Zenex International reserves the right to reject any return request that does not comply with this policy.

7. Credit Notes & Replacements

Once a return request has been approved:

  • A replacement product will be provided, where applicable; or
  • A Credit Note will be issued to the business account in accordance with the Company’s policy.

Approved Credit Notes are generally processed within six (6) working days after successful verification of the returned products.
