Delivery, Return & Expiry Collection – Terms & Conditions

Zenex International is a Business-to-Business (B2B) pharmaceutical distributor. We supply pharmaceutical products only to legally registered and licensed healthcare professionals and organizations, including:

  • Registered Medical Practitioners (Doctors)
  • Licensed Pharmacies

By placing an order through our website the customer confirms that they hold all valid licenses, registrations, and statutory approvals required under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945, and other applicable laws and regulations.

Zenex International reserves the right to verify any license or registration submitted by the customer and may refuse, suspend, or cancel any order if the required documentation is invalid, expired, incomplete, or does not comply with applicable legal requirements.

We do not sell or supply pharmaceutical products directly to the general public.

1. Delivery Policy

Zenex International is committed to delivering pharmaceutical products safely, securely, and efficiently through our in-house delivery network and authorized third-party logistics partners.

1.1 Delivery Timelines

  • Within Bengaluru: Orders will be delivered within 24 hours from the date and time of order confirmation, subject to product availability and operational feasibility.
  • Outside Bengaluru: Orders will be delivered within 4 working days, depending on the destination, transportation network, and serviceability.

1.2 Delivery Partners

Deliveries are fulfilled through:

  • Our in-house delivery personnel.
  • Authorized third-party logistics partners.

The Company reserves the right to determine the most appropriate delivery method based on the delivery location, order volume, product type, and operational requirements.

1.3 Delivery Delays

While every effort is made to adhere to the stated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters or force majeure events.
  • Government regulations or restrictions.
  • Public holidays, strikes, or transportation disruptions.
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
  • Recipient unavailability at the delivery location.

Zenex International shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from such delays.

2. Return & Expiry Collection Policy

Approved return and expiry stock will be collected through our in-house logistics team or authorized third-party logistics partners.

2.1 Retrun Order Collection Timelines

  • Within Bengaluru: Within 24 hours from approval of the return request.
  • Outside Bengaluru: Within 4 working days from approval of the return request.

2.2 Retrun Order Collection Process

  • All return and expiry requests are subject to verification and approval in accordance with the Company’s Return & Expiry Policy.
  • Products must be securely packed and kept ready for collection.
  • The Company reserves the right to reject products that do not meet the applicable return or expiry criteria.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Maintaining valid statutory licenses and registrations.
  • Providing accurate billing, delivery, and pickup information.
  • Ensuring an authorized representative is available to receive deliveries or hand over return/expiry products.
  • Inspecting the products immediately upon delivery and reporting any shortages, damages, or discrepancies without delay.

4. Proof of Delivery & Collection

Delivery or collection shall be deemed complete upon obtaining a valid acknowledgment from the authorized recipient through a signature, OTP verification, digital confirmation, or any other accepted proof of receipt.

5. Limitation of Liability

Zenex International shall not be liable for any delay, failure in delivery, or non-performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including force majeure, transportation disruptions, regulatory actions, or unforeseen operational circumstances.

6. Amendments

Zenex International reserves the right to modify, revise, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version published on the Company’s official website shall supersede all previous versions.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, registering an account, or placing an order, the customer confirms that they are a registered and licensed healthcare professional or authorized healthcare institution, agrees to comply with these Terms & Conditions, and acknowledges that all transactions are subject to applicable Indian laws governing the sale and distribution of pharmaceutical products.
